• Choir application forms must reach the office of the International Choral Kathaumixw on or before November 1, 2009.

• The festival committee will notify choirs whether or not they are accepted as participants by December 15, 2009.

• Choirs must confirm their participation in writing by January 15, 2010. A deposit of 50% of the total registration must accompany this confirmation.
  
  
• Vocal Solo application forms must reach of the International Choral Kathaumixw on or before April 15, 2010.
  
  
• The XIV International Choral Kathaumixw to be held July 6-10, 2010.
