St Louis Children’s Concert Choir
Now celebrating its 27th season, St. Louis Children’s Choirs from St. Louis, USA is dedicated to giving young artists an outstanding choral music education with world-class performance opportunities. An outstanding artistic faculty is committed to teaching musical skills through a challenging curriculum of sacred and secular choral repertoire appropriate for young voices. Sixteen ensembles currently serve more than 500 young artists from the St. Louis area. Community outreach programs, national and international touring and annual concerts at Powell Symphony Hall give students an opportunity to share their joy of singing. | |
Barbara Berner

Since 1999 Barbara Berner has been the Artistic Director of the St. Louis
Children’s Chorus. She conducts the advanced touring ensemble, Concert
Choir and oversees all aspects of the children’s choir program. Under Mrs.
Berner’s direction the Concert Choir has performed at Carnegie Hall, the
Oregon Bach Festival, the White House and at the 2005 National Convention
of The American Choral Directors Association.
