Hong Kong Sai Kung Chorus
Hong Kong Sai Kung Chorus is a non profit organization that is open to singers between the ages 6 – 18 from schools in Sai Kung, Hong Kong. The Senior Chorus provides extensive training in vocal technique, breathing, theory, sight singing, ear training and the development of performance technique. Commitment to consistent attendance, ‘professional’ behavior and high performance standards are stressed to prepare those singers who wish to progress to the highest level of the choir. The intent of the Chorus is to promote musical literacy and performance by providing a challenging high quality, choral experience for its members. The Chorus emphasizes the development and understanding of music skills and encourages singers to look within themselves and strengthen self-expression through singing. Clara Wong Siu-Wai
