Oakville Children's Choir

This Canadian Choir was formed in 1994 by its Music Director Glenda Crawford and has achieved tremendous success in its short history. Holding fast to its mission of providing excellent musical training for youth through singing, it has become a comprehensive choral programme for over 130 auditioned choristers ranging in age from 7 through to 17 years. The choir presents three annual concerts locally as well as appearing at workshops, community functions and collaborating with other fine choirs in Ontario. The Senior Choir toured Tuscany, Italy in 2000 and was a participant in Festival 500 in St. John's, Newfoundland last year. The Choir's wide range of repertoire from contemporary to classical, varied concert programming and its high standard of performance have all earned it an excellent reputation.
