Fredericksburg Children's Chorale

For seventeen years the Chorale has been performing for audiences all over Texas and beyond. The Chorale's mission is to enrich the singer by instilling an appreciation and love of choral music that will last a lifetime. The singers, ranging in age from first grade to seniors in high school, perform a variety of music with an emphasis on classical composers, contemporary music written for children's voices and a wide range of ethnic and folk music. Each new season begins with a 3-day Choir camp and is followed by weekly rehearsals for each of the three choirs in the organization. There is an emphasis on travel and the Chorale has enjoyed trips to Canada and Germany.
