Willamette Master Chorus - USA

Based in Salem, Oregon the Willamette Master Chorus is comprised of 80 veteran professional and dedicated amateur musicians. Founded through a joint effort of Lutheran Fine Arts Center and Willamette University, this auditioned chorus brings area audiences the finest in choral masterworks from the Renaissance through the 21st century. In 2014, the Willamette Master Chorus celebrated their 30th anniversary season. The Willamette Master Chorus strives to promote choral excellence through musical collaboration, education and performance. National and international tours include San Francisco, France, a three nation trip in Europe, and choir-in residence for the International Cathedral Festival in Salisbury, England.

Conductor Paul Klemme

Paul Klemme is presently in his 16th year as Artistic Director of the Willamette Master Chorus. He is the Director of Music Ministries at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Salem, Oregon and a member of the adjunct faculty at Willamette University where he teaches organ and directs Male Ensemble Willamette.
